Help! I need help on bills. I've been disabled for some time now (I had a stroke). I have a couple of bills that have gone into collections, and I was talking to a collector recently who mentioned these resources. If it's possible I would like to get these bills paid off. There are a couple that are $2000 and not being able to work to pay these off has become a problem. I don't make enough with disability to make payment arrangements in order to pay these off. I'm considered permanently disabled. I want to work, but because of the tremor I have in my left hand and very limited use of it, I'm not able.

Why thank you .. I am very touched by your compliments and they certainly don't go unappreciated. Yes, that's all my writing, from my little brain and from my MANY experiences, lol. I think it took me 2 hours or something along those lines .. just felt it needed to be said, and more needs to be out there speaking to the reality of the matter and all of the little tricks and what have you. I write on subjects that have very personal meaning to me, as most I did not have help with, .. just as with my spine condition, there was little if any help, guidance, and at that time the internet was in it's infancy. We asked the doctors several times to be referred to a similar case, so that we could hear what they experienced, etc., but no dice. How are you? I am doing okay taking care of business kinds of. I have been making calls and looking at craigslist for work. It is pouring and I mean pouring here today. My wrapping came off last night in my sleep. At least the sponge part stayed in place. He must have used super glue on it lol. As that is the only thing holding.

To get dental work done is so expensive.
It was nice earlier and now getting cooler but it will bounce back to warm again.

in response to Starshine...hi to all here. starshjne? im so sorry that your trip, didnt doctor you up as expected. sometimes the hurt is far more tollarble than the cure. it would be so nice, to KNOW, the long run will outweigh the getting there. dental? it's so expensive to smile, and be self assured. thats a very big self esteem builder. social medicine, would surely rid us of this poorly overlooked health issue. pain is another part of life, we learn to ignore as much as possible. i dont remember a good headache. if ignorance was, really bliss? my ignorance would be that pain is only a word with no meaning[other than dictionarile]. i dont know what its like to not have a headache,back,neck,chest,arm pain or the buzzing in my head. i just ignore it. and its not as bad, as if i dwelled on it all day. our minds are very powerfull. i just wish that EVERYONE, could use this fact to actually benefit all of us FREELY. enough. im rolling again. head out the window today? very nice. 50's, sun and spring like. tomorrows supposed to be even better[60's]. im ready. id like to sit by the lake, ducks being a pain, having a nice ribeye, and chasing my grandkids trying to teach some manners. and chatting comfortably with good friends. enjoying a nice day. thats satisfaction sweetheart. ill end with that. ozzie says OW, and i say[your ex governor only says it better] i'll be back later. How are you? I am doing okay getting stressed over the dental saver who one to one me earlier. Not really stressed. Kept my doctor appointment then could not sleep in pain from the new deal he put on my leg. I unwrapped it and redid it.

in response to shotcaller69...You aren't going to want to hear this but the truth of the matter is that there are few grant that are for personal uses.You have to get a non profit to help you .and that takes a long time both to write it up and to get it. Aidpage has a sister site that has two programs that help you if you still choose to try first one is foundations; www.grantgate.com and the other you can tell from the title: www.thefederalmoneyretriever.com. Both are free , it helps guide you and tells you what you need to know.

I've made a terrible mistake. I've told everyone I talked with that I was in school/college training for a field I could do. Back Surgery Failure doesn't leave a lot of choices; however, the response is very similiar! If I can go to onlline school, I can do anything else. What a bummer,uh? What I think is: It's a mircale that you're alive! I regret this happening to you - it could've been any of us - you just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time! Bless your heart! Totally Stressed, the truck driver would not pay you. The insurance company would pay you! The driver may have been fired any way! That is common knowledge in the trucking industry. Get in a wreck and you're fired on the spot. I've heard about this more than one time! That same truck driver most likely had to get another job unless it was family owned or something like that. You wouldn't be hurting the truck driver, in my opinion. That's what insurance is for! Okay, enough of that! I went to FreeCharityCars.org and applied for a car. in response to ComputerGirl...hello once more. im sorry computer girl. i condensed at one point, my original post. its rather boring after you read so much. the pictures i have posted, are basically just that. pictures. the one of several men, standing around a trailer i myself was towing, on a trailer behind them. in front of them is actually the 17yr old childs car that pulled in front of him. he hit his car, came on top of it,and was unable to control the steering of the truck. came left of center, and squeezed my van and trailer between him and the telephone pole in the background of another picture[i have so many]. the truck was also totalled. it was not the poor mans fault. he has to live with this for eternity to him. the young man had no insurance. i couldnt sue his parents. i felt very very bad when they[doctors]stopped my drip for good and allowed me to wake up completely. it was a very emotional thing for me to learn that he died such a terroble way. even thou he almost took me with him. its been a life altering event, to say the least. it made me a kinder,gentler person. thou on the other hand? i have a violent,mean temper if pushed. i have difficulty with myself and it tends to keep me home where its safe[if you can understand. alot of people cant] away from social pressure. self esteem is hard for a hard working, productive individual that cant perform anymore. i know you can comprehend that. my injuries[if anyone can stand this again] were a bit much. massive head injuries,blood on my brain[optic nerve damage][i didnt need glasse's before], internal&external bleeds[drilled holes in my head],fractured my nose,crushed my lower right side jaw bone[surgery],broke my neck[two vertebrae],fractured sternum and 6 broken ribs,collapsed both of my lungs[air in chest cavity],fractured 3 lower lumbar vertebrae and my sacrum[tail bone],right lower arm nerve damage[numb fingers][drop everything],lots of stitches in my face and other places. when i woke up[they let me][deprivan,yech,bad stuff]i had tubes and crap sticking out everywhere,a beard[was clean shaved], and when i wrote to communicate[they figured theyd have to teach me all of that again]? they said hes[youd think communication with my family would have would have enlightened them]left handed. my did i slowly learn about that part of brain difference. my lawyer said i was getting better too quick. i didnt care or think about the millions i was screwing myself out of for HONESTLY being scared, and scrambling to regain my former stature[so much for honesty in a sue me world][greed is so terrible]. i got better as better would be, and went back to work[my limitations? i tried to hide.they[employer]tried to ignore it also until] i was let go[quit or be fired]. been let go everywhere else also[missing days,too slow]. so i filed for disability. not getting anywhere. oh yes. put money in a managed investment account. the 97 stock market dump consumed that[what i didnt spend]. so im broke,unemployed,penniless[god bless my families help][especially my 2 young sons,who live with me].,struggling badly, and quite pissed off about it. guess you got the fill of what all here have endured before. i dont want sympathy. i just want to live a pleasant life, and enjoy my time with my kids. im not enjoying much of anything lately. sorry to lay so much on ya. starshine[hi darlin] usually posts me back and forth. i wish we could all have a cyber picnic at the park together[how the hell you do that?got me. its a thought]. its late. my grand-daughter's sleeping next to me,ozzies in bed. im turning out the light and closing my eyes[dont sleep much,or very well]for the night. if your not already asleep yourself from this post of longevity? hope your night is sweet and dreamy. goodnight. in response to totally stressed...Somebody else said they had a flood where there once was snow. It was sandy24 telling me that earlier. Now there is water. I agree on the downward spiral as the news has said that we are groceries and cost of clothes plus more are going up with no word on jobs or funds to help anyone. I have a friend in the metal business and last I knew he was having hard time. I have not heard from him so I don't know what has happened to his business. Take care of oswald.
